Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Ruth & Eleanor Co. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and include a tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
All returns must be registered in advance with our customer support team before being shipped back.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately and include the following:

The name of the item that is damaged

A description of the issue

Photo documentation of the defect or damage
If your package was visibly damaged during delivery, please include clear photos of both the item and the package.
All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without verified documentation confirmed by our support team, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team right away and include:

The name of the item you were expecting

A photo of the received item
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We unfortunately do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Ruth & Eleanor Co. will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement free of charge.

For voluntary returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

The customer must provide valid proof of return shipment (tracking number).
